            This week in Social Studies:

6th grade:  Studies Weekly

European Countries

               We are learing about the geography, bodies of water, and landforms in Europe.

7th grade:  European Explorers in Texas

We will be learning about Spanish explorers in Texas and their accomplishments.

8th grade:  Declaration of Independance

Students will test on Monday over events leading to the American Revolution. We will then move on to the Declaration of Independance and the first battles.
